Waikare offers the best of both worlds

Waikare offers the best of both worlds
Waikare Estate offers large carriageways and footpaths meaning a feeling of spaciousness and a family oriented subdivision.

As people start to move further out of Auckland searching for more affordable areas to live Waikare Estate aims to help meet this need, says Waikare Estate director Ryan Castles.
Offering a total of 90 sites with an average section size of 900 square metres, Waikare Estate represents good value for money, he says. Waikare Estate was launched to the market around two years ago and stage one, comprising around 20 sites, has nearly sold out and the builds completed.
Stage two, comprising 18 sections is also nearly sold out with just a few house and land packages available.
Builds are commencing. The titles have just been issued for Stage three which will offer a further 27 sections to the market with some of the most prime views in the subdivision.
Waikare Estate is situated on the north-facing slopes of Te Kauwhata in north Waikato. It is very close to the Waikato Expressway, half way between Auckland and Hamilton.
Ryan says that the convenient location means people can enjoy the best of both worlds – relaxed country living that’s an easy commute to work in the city.
Manukau is only around thirty minutes away, with Hamilton just ten minutes more. As an added bonus most of that drive is through picturesque countryside, he says.
People can purchase a site then select their builder of choice. Several local build companies are also offering house and land packages. Ryan says Waikare Estate has been especially designed so that every home will be unique.
The big comment we get is that it has a different feel because every section is a different size and shape. With a nice gentle elevation, Waikare Estate offers north facing sections for views and sun,” he says.

Ryan says that Te Kauwhata is a rapidly growing area with a lot of investment going into infrastructure and facilities including a New World supermarket, new library and large children’s playground.
Te Kauwhata also offers the 18 hole Waikare Golf Course, a local gym, rugby club, lawn bowls, pony clubs, squash and swimming.
