Versatile Pukekohe has just opened a new show home that “stands out from the crowd”, says company owner Bridget Sutton. Located at 54 Hillpark Drive in Pokeno Village Estate, the home showcases the quality of the builds Versatile can offer, she says.
The 245 square metre home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and a double garage.
It is clad in James Hardie Stria and includes stylish features such as an expansive deck with glass balustrading. The section offers amazing views, says Bridget, and is indication of the focus put on selection of land to find the best sites.
As the next stage of the subdivision opens up by Hitchen Road, Versatile Pukekohe will offer a number of house and land packages with site-specific designs on hand picked north facing sites sheltered from the southerly winds.
Although for some people Versatile is most prominently associated with garages, the show home will demonstrate the company’s strong housing offering, thinks Bridget.
In fact for Versatile Pukekohe, building new homes for clients makes up the bulk of their business.
Versatile has recently launched new ranges of architecturally designed house plans – Freedom, Metro, Family and Lifestyle, – which are already proving extremely popular, says Bridget.
“The advantage we have when building new homes is that we can do the whole project for the client – home, garage, farm buildings etc. The client only has to deal with one company for their entire project making things easy,” she says.

. The franchise is owned by Bridget, husband Dave and business partner Wenny Lubbers, who take a hands on approach to assisting clients.

Given the diversity of the region, the franchise is at home creating a range of buildings for rural and urban lifestyles, says Bridget.
Demonstrating the focus the franchise places on quality it has won many awards at the Versatile annual conference including franchisee runner up in 2015 and 2016, top house sales of the year in 2015 and 2016 and the top home award in 2017 for a rural build completed at Miranda.
In 2016 the franchise won a bronze award for the Auckland region for their current show home.
With the area growing rapidly Bridget says that Versatile Pukekohe is busy building for clients in the entire Franklin district, the Papakura district and out to Clevedon.
