Trident Homes Bay of Plenty director Wayne Minnell says that with land prices rising the aim of their new Papamoa show home is to demonstrate the fact a sizable three bedroom home can be successfully fitted onto a smaller section.

Trident Homes Bay of Plenty has just opened a brand new show home at Golden Sands in Papamoa. Located at 226 The Boulevard, the 183 square metre show home is situated on an economical 393 square metre site.
Trident Homes Bay of Plenty director Wayne Minnell says that with land prices rising the aim is to demonstrate the fact a sizable three bedroom home can be successfully fitted onto a smaller section.
The home also includes two bathrooms, a study nook, two living areas plus a one and a half size garage. The plan was specially developed to suit the specific site, something that Trident Homes Bay of Plenty specialises in.
