A new show home for Signature Homes Christchurch South at Falcon’s Landing in Rolleston is set to further develop the company’s rural and larger homes market, having built a majority of smaller homes for the post-earthquake market in recent years.
The show home is from the Signature Homes’ Pacific Collection, designed for modern family living and to maximise the liveability of the available floor area.
The Pacific Collection has also been designed to reduce waste during construction. The result is plans with reduced cost and added value.
Signature Homes Christchurch South managing director Rhys Gould says at 252sqm with three car garage, the show home caters for large rural sections and people who might have a few toys to keep at home.
“As part of the Pacific Collection, the home features high ceilings, tiled bathrooms, large stacker sliding doors, cedar and plaster exterior cladding, and modern profile long-run roofing,” he says.
Signature Homes also has a number of house and land packages available in Falcon’s Landing, with titles due for the first stage in December.
“Falcon’s Landing is going to be really popular,” Rhys says. “The developers have provided a great product which really compliments both of our brands. Everything is well planned, the reserves, the streets, the section sizes, and their aspect to the sun. The infrastructure is all good quality, which we like. It suits our brand, and it’s good to work with people who are really good at what they do.”
