Precision Homes has just opened a brand new show home at Paerata Rise, which will demonstrate just how the company’s homes stands out from the crowd, says Precision Homes company director Andrew Butts.
The 205 square metre single level show home includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with butler’s pantry, two lounges with tongue and groove raking ceilings, separate laundry and a double garage.
A large timber outdoor deck area completes the look of the modern home being designed by Dobbs Design, a company that Precision Homes often works with.
Precision Homes is offering a variety of turnkey house and land packages in Paerata Rise on sections of around 500 square metres.
Andrew says the subdivision provides great access to the motorway and the area will have good infrastructure including the train station. Andrew says that Precision Homes focuses on bespoke homes designed for the customer’s individual needs.
The high quality of the company’s workmanship can be seen in the fact that Precision Homes won three awards at this year’s prestigious Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition for the Auckland/Northland region in the new home $450,000-$550,000 category.
The company won a gold award, was gold reserve finalist and named the regional category winner.

The 240 square metre home includes a wine cellar, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous living space with a high stud and vaulted ceilings.
Andrew says the home is a good example of the quality and attention to detail Precision Homes delivers on every project. Andrew began his building career in 2000 and rose to become a foreman for one of South Auckland’s top building companies before venturing out on his own.
He started Precision Homes NZ Ltd in 2012 with the aim of creating a company that would build high quality homes without costing them the earth.
