When Dairy Manager of the Year Award winner for the Taranaki Region, Sarah Avery, moved back home it proved life changing for a number of reasons. Distinctive Ayrshire cows are a valued part of the dairy herd for
Michael and Sarah Terpstra now into their third season south of Morrinsville.
Finalists in the 2024 Northland Ballance Farm Environment Awards, David Neumann and Ashlee Crane of
Rocklea Farms were encouraged to enter the awards by friends who had witnessed the on farm transformation.
