She cites facilities in Paerata Rise such as green spaces, community centre, cafe, primary schools and high schools as examples, as well as a train stop to make the area easily accessible to Auckland City. Nick Bosanac Builders is offering four fixed price packages in Paerata Rise aimed at firsttime buyers.
These fall into the government’s affordable homes criteria and will include finished landscaping and fencing. Each 134sqm home will sit on a site of 242sqm for $648,000.
These homes will offer three bedrooms, full bathroom and ensuite, designer kitchen, an appliance package, plenty of storage and a single garage. Kylie describes the look of these homes as “modern farmhouse”, offering urban/rural appeal.
Nick Bosanac Builders also has a number of design and build packages starting at around $750,000. Being a bespoke homebuilder, the company specialises in specifically designing each home to suit the client’s requirements, site and budget.
“Because we are an independent firm, we don’t have a set plans, style or design features our clients must stick to. We build their home, just the way they want it,” explains Kylie. Nick Bosanac Builders are building a show home at 12 Jonah Lomu Drive due to open December 1.

Nick started Nick Bosanac Builders over a decade ago, only a few years after moving to New Zealand from Detroit, Michigan, US.
Settling right into Franklin District, he is well entrenched in the community sharing a passion for the area.Kylie, who takes on the role of client care and sales, compliments Nick’s skills as lead builder and project manager.
The couple employ a dedicated administrator as well as their own team of builders who they have personally trained.
