Milestone Homes Nelson Bays has an exciting new show home at 9 BerryField Drive, Richmond, with a design and specification chosen to perfectly reflect the company’s position as the smarter home builder, encapsulating the smart principles Milestone Homes are grounded by.
Milestone Homes Nelson Bays’ general manager Adam Hills says the company’s show homes are built to its standard specifications.
“Whenever someone walks into one of our homes, they see exactly what they are going to get in their own house,” he says. “We keep our specifications current to make sure that our clients get a modern home for today’s lifestyle.”
The BerryField Drive show home is a functional family home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two indoor living areas, and a covered alfresco area accessed from the main living area for endless indoor outdoor entertaining options.
A Rockcote Graphex insulated façade system provides great street appeal as well as superior insulating properties and energy efficiency. A low pitched roof at 20 degrees creates a sleek profile and a slight twist to Nelson’s stock of traditional homes.
Adam says the show home’s area of Richmond West has been earmarked for growth and is set to see more than 1000 new homes as well as a new school built in the next 10 years, thanks to the Government approval of new Special Housing Areas (SHAs).
BerryField Drive is the main road into the new 40ha subdivision The Meadows, and Milestone Homes’ new show home is one of the first properties to be built there.
It is due to open on April 7. The design for this show home will make it into Milestone Homes’ range of 30 stylish and functional smart home designs next year.
“Each of our plans has been created by a handpicked team of design experts who use smart design solutions to provide homes that are exceptional value for money,” Adam says.
“All Milestone Homes houses are built to standard measures, which minimises waste and unnecessary expense.
“We have the superior buying power of a nationwide brand, allowing us to secure competitive rates from our supply partners and tradespeople, who are all committed to providing true value and high quality, and we pass those savings on to our customers.”
Milestone Homes offers smart design, and smart living, all for a smarter price.
Each plan is available with three different façade options, and the range is reviewed annually with new plans added and others removed.
As well as the construction efficiencies gained from pre-designed plans, Milestone Homes’ methodology makes building a new home easier than ever, especially for those people building their first home.
“When you’re starting out with a blank piece of paper, it can be hard for people to turn their dreams and ideas into a plan,” says Adam.
“Our structured selection process offers a range of upgrade options, such as adding in a scullery, rumpus room, or outdoor living area, removing a bedroom, upgrading a benchtop or a whole kitchen,” he says.
“And within six months of walking in our door, our clients could be walking into the front door of their new home.” Milestone Homes Nelson Bays celebrates 11 years in business this year,.
In that time it has grown from humble beginnings to becoming one of Nelson’s preferred builders of new homes, consistently building more than 30 homes every year. “We are rapidly growing, and this year we will build 50 new homes,” Adam says.
“Our team has grown over the years but our core values of providing a quality product, value for money, and a great experience for those building a home have remained.”
Milestone Homes Nelson Bays has proudly been named Franchise of the Year for the past six years running, and was awarded Supreme Franchise of the Year in 2015.
