Although Landmark Homes has a range of plans on offer, these are rarely built as-is and every home is customised to the suit the section and the client’s individual needs.
Although house and land packages are not common, Landmark Homes Northland does have one on offer in Whangarei.
Based on the Monaco design, the French county style home will be around 266 square metres and include four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double garage set over two storeys.
