The apartments offer one or two bedroom options. All are designed and built to luxurious standards.

The first of 15 villas has been completed in Country Club Huapai and interest from buyers has been strong, says Hopper Developments marketing manager Michelle Kirkpatrick.
“There is nothing like Country Club Huapai on the market in the area and it’s generated a lot of interest.
It feels like a world away from Auckland but it’s actually very close.
“The villas are stunning homes with large bathrooms and the master bedroom opening to a courtyard.
One can imagine sitting outside in the morning sun, relaxing having coffee and toast.
“These villas will be stunning homes offering a premium retirement lifestyle,” she says.
The first main building in the development is under construction and will include apartments along with the main reception area, restaurant and bar, library, social spaces and 46 apartments on the upper levels.
It will also comprise a wellness centre with a luxurious indoor pool, spa and gym facility.
The out-door leisure area will include a bowling green and a petanque court.
Michelle says that the main building has features that acknowledge the historically significant wine makers of its past.
The Country Club Huapai is located on the original Nobilo Estate winery, close to the quaint Huapai Village and approximately 35 minutes north west of Auckland’s CBD.
Other drawcards in the area include beaches, wineries, cafes, restaurants and golf courses.

The new Northwest Shopping Centre is only a short 10 minute drive and the Huapai/Kumeu townships have a range of retail outlets and a New World supermarket.
The Country Club Huapai is a joint venture between Hopper Developments Ltd and Cabra Developments Ltd and aims to encompass all the relaxing lifestyle benefits the country has to offer, while living so close to the city amenities, says Michelle.
The development will eventually include a care facility, walkways and plenty of green spaces.
In total there will be three apartment buildings in the development and Country Club Huapai will offer over 250 apartments and villas.
Michelle says there is a variety of product to suit all tastes and budgets.
Villas are stand alone or duplex and offer two to three bedrooms.
She says that careful attention has been given to the quality of the finish and design features including high ceilings and large windows flooding the interior with light.
“The easy care, open plan living flows seamlessly into outdoor patio areas and the modern kitchens make entertaining a delight,” she says. The apartments offer one or two bedroom options.
All are designed and built to luxurious standards. The villas, roads and pathways will be sympathetically landscaped to create a harmonious environment, says Michelle.
“We are finding that people purchasing are doing so because they might have had a lifestyle block in the area and now want to downsize but still maintain a high quality style of living.”
Michelle says the development, designed by Ignite Architects, reflects a modern country club with the exterior of the villas boasting cedar details so the building blends with the natural surrounds.
“Sales have been great and if we have anything to advise, it is that to be part of Country Club Huapai do not leave it too late to make your decision. You can also choose the interior if you get in early enough.
It’s a win/win situation.”She says that Country Club Huapai is indicative of the fact that Hopper Developments doesn’t just undertake developments – it builds communities.
The company is strongly family owned and operated.
Started in the 1950’s by brothers Ian and Tony Hopper the company initially concentrated on civil construction and general contracting before moving into residential land development.
Hopper Living is the group’s retirement brand and includes Maygrove Village in Orewa, which was completed over a decade ago.
Current projects include Anchorage Village at Marsden Cove and Marlin Waters at Whitianga.
Marlin Waters offers a choice of living options for freehold tenure and will include a total of 60 villas, including shared private beaches, jetties and boat ramp. The Anchorage Village is located within the waterways development of Marsden Cove.
Both projects have homes for sale and Michelle says they are selling fast.
