Clients of Wellington-based building company Grove Homes receive a truly personal building experience dealing with several members of the family-owned business during the process.
Director Jeremy Williams undertakes sales, working with clients through the contract stage and then answering any of their questions during the build. Jeremy’s brother Nick, the other company director, takes charge of the build making sure everything goes smoothly.
Their sister Corinne is company office administrator ensuring this important aspect of the business is carefully managed.
The company was started over 40 years ago by their father Humphrey and Jeremy says that this is a key selling point with clients. “It gives people assurance that they company has been going for a long time,” he says.

Grove Homes is about to start work on eight house and land packages being offered in Wise Street, Wainuiomata. The three to four bedroom homes will sit on 500-550 square metre sections.
All are sold reflecting the popularity of the company’s offering. Grove Homes is also offering house and land packages in Kenepuru Landing, a large subdivision in Porirua.
These will be aimed at first home buyers and people can register interest, says Jeremy. Grove Homes employs a trusted team of contractors and subcontractors.
