Both the Frimley and Anataki developments are being released in stages , with a further 140 sections to be made available over the next 12-24 months.

Hawke’s Bay residential property company Greenstone Land Developments is realising strong demand for sections in Hastings and Havelock North, says company sales manager Peter Cooke.
In the last year Greenstone has sold over 70 sections in the Hastings suburb of Frimley and more recently in Arataki, Havelock North.
Both developments are being released in stages and Peter says planning is in place for a further 140 sections to be made available over the next 12-24 months. The company is actively looking for other suitable land to develop into residential housing across Hawke’s Bay and beyond.
He says the company has the knowledge and expertise to get land to market quickly, from identifying land suitability, through to consenting, project management of council processes, civil construction and sales and marketing.
“We have a successful track record of creating quality residential developments that has been built off strong relationships with council staff and our contractors. “It’s a team effort, and we’re looking forward to doing our bit to get more people into new homes.
“Our two current subdivisions are large scale developments in desirable areas of the Hastings District.
“Frimley is a well-established suburb within the city of Hastings with schools and parks close by while Arataki is within a relatively new residential area of Havelock North that is very sought after,” he says.
Work on site is progressing well, with services and infrastructure completed for stage one to six in Frimley. Construction has already commenced on a number of houses and once completed the development will include a total of 180 homes.
With strong residential pressures in Havelock North, Greenstone has quickly released stage one of nine sections at Arataki.
Work is already well underway with titles expected to be available in October just six months after acquiring the land in April this year
