Generation Homes Hamilton and North Waikato has a new show home in the Rotokauri Rise subdivision to the north of Hamilton City.
Alana Savage, regional director for Generation Homes in Hamilton and North Waikato, says it is a sought-after area because of its parks, wetland area, proposed new shopping complex, close proximity to Te Rapa, the new expressway and a short walking distance from the Base Shopping Centre and Waikato Polytechnic.
She says the new showhome is a good example of the medium density type of house and land packages on offer in this stage of Rotokauri Rise.
The 150sqm showhome, which has already been sold, offers three bedrooms including master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
Situated on a 351sqm site it is aimed at first home buyers and people wanting to downsize to a smaller, low maintenance property.
Alana says the home has been designed for sun and double glazed to be warm and snug year round and that there has been a high level of interest already in the house-and-land packages on offer by Generation Homes in Rotokauri Rise, where it is a preferred build partner.
“It’s been so popular we only have a few house and land packages left and it is likely we will have sold all of them by the time our show home opens early August.
We are already looking forward to the next release of sections,” she says On offer are a range of three bedroom homes with two bathrooms and single garage on sites of 300368 square metres.
The homes come in a variety of designs and Alana says that purchasers can also have some input in terms of colour and product choices to customise the home to suit their budget and inidividual requirements.
She says Generation Homes aims to provide solid traditional homes offering a complete turnkey package right down to appliances.
“It’s about offering affordable houses to Kiwis without compromising on design and innovation,” she says.

Particularly attractive is the fact that Generation Homes offer fixed price contracts and a guaranteed move in date along with a 10-year Residential Build Guarantee and a 12-month warranty on all building works.
“The price the client signs the contract for is the price they will pay – not a cent more. Our turnkey packages include everything right down to the letterbox, plants in the garden and clothesline. This makes it easy for our clients to stick to their budgets,” she says.
