Queenstown residents planning to build a home may find themselves at the back of a long queue as a result of the region’s major housing boom.

But for clients who choose to build their home with the newest Trident franchise, work can begin shortly after consent being granted.

Adam Blackadder, who runs the Queenstown franchise in partnership with James Crooks, says the dedicated resourcing that Trident can offer clients is one of the company’s significant points of difference.

“You can put in a high-end tiled shower that will look fantastic, or you might choose to upgrade the insulation with thermally broken, Low E glazing because that has more long-term value for you.

“At the end of the day, it’s about the client’s priorities. “We offer a wide range of options that they can tailor to suit their needs.”

Trident Homes has houses under construction in Queenstown, Cromwell, Wanaka, Hawea, and throughout the Central Otago region, but despite this wide reach, Adam says they run a small team that offers clients a one-on-one relationship.
