New stages released at Kotata Heights
Stages 3 and 4 of Kotata Heights have been pre-released with strong interest, says Clare Davies-Colley, director of Kotata Develop-ments and BDX Group, the main contractor for the development. Titles for both stages are expected to be issued by the end of 2019.
Stage 2 of the development has nearly sold out and the third and fourth stages of development include 60 residential sections, priced from $200,000. Kotata Heights is covenanted to ensure residents enjoy a neighbourhood, which is well maintained and well presented.

BDX has also managed the planning and construction of Eastpoint Marina, which opened in 2016. BDX manages the marine activities at Port Nikau including scheduling, fuel supplies, wharf maintenance and the berthage of a wide range of vessels, from sailing ships through to the New Zealand Navy.
