Eden Masonry Homes is also building an entire neighbourhood in the subdivision called Verita Village.

Eden Masonry Homes is due to open two new show homes in Karaka Harbourside, which showcase the company’s offering, says owner and qualified Registered Master Builder Rob Dines.

The first is a grand waterfront property marking a departure from Eden Masonry Homes’ typically more traditional style builds.

The contemporary design offers a New Zealand take on a Cape Cod style home.

Exterior architectural details include copper spouting and down-pipes and feature cedar cladding to offset the solid masonry construction.

The two-level show home includes four bed-rooms, study and five bathrooms.

With open plan living/dining/kitchen the home includes a grand entranceway with sweeping oak staircase to complement the oak flooring.

Coffered cathedral style ceilings and timber feature walls give a sense of spaciousness and luxury.

The home has two master bedrooms and opens out to two large loggias and expansive outdoor area.

The second show home is a single level Tuscan style villa with vaulted ceilings and oak flooring.

It includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There is an additional separate formal living room and the kitchen comes complete with walk-in scullery.

The landscaping is extensive and includes patio, pergolas and an outdoor water feature.

Eden Masonry Homes specialises in masonry construction as it brings many distinct advantages, says Rob.

“Solid concrete masonry is a building material that offers high durability, strength and thermal efficiency.

“It doesn’t deteriorate with the elements and also has excellent insulating and acoustic properties.

It lends itself well to a wide range of design looks as our new show homes in Karaka Harbour-side will demonstrate.”

Eden Masonry Homes is also building an entire neighbourhood in the subdivision called Verita Village.

It will offer a mix of Mediterranean style luxury townhouses, duplexes and stand alone masonry villas.

Located at the gateway to the subdivision, Verita Village villas will range from approximately 212-312 square metres.

Eden Masonry Homes is currently taking expressions of interest.

“They will be a lock up and leave option for people in a great location as Karaka Harbourside is just two minutes from the motorway,” says Rob.

Eden Masonry Homes celebrates 25 years in business next year meaning customers benefit from vast expertise, says Rob who offers over 40 years building experience to his clients.

Likewise the entire Eden Masonry Homes team offers a great deal of skill with some having worked for the company for decades.

Eden Masonry Homes houses are each individually designed to suit the client’s specific needs and desires and the company has won a raft of gold and gold reserve awards at the Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition over the years indicating the high levels of quality that the company delivers to customers.

This is also reflected in the type of customers the company typically works for – discerning people who desire a unique, solid, high quality home.
