South Canterbury’s Elizabeth Hampton of Belmont Stud embarked on a project to breed Kerry Hill sheep and hasn’t looked back since.
The support of senior management, strong investment in R&D and a supportive team culture have been the key elements that contributed to PGG Wrightson Seeds being named Arable Employer of the Year.
Canterbury farmers Hamish and Emma Irwin are thrilled to have scooped first and third place in two separate United Wheat Growers awards.
