Bay of Plenty residential building company Anderson Homes BOP is flat out completing 19 villas, and a caretaker’s garage at Copper Crest, an Arvida retirement and care facility.
Company owner Daniel Rowley-Anderson says that it is essential that time-frames and budgets are met while maintain high quality workmanship, something that Anderson Homes BOP excels at.
Anderson Homes BOP has been building at Copper Crest for a number of years and prior to the inception of Anderson Homes BOP, Daniel was one of the builders who worked on the Meridian Centre community facility.
This facility included a heated swimming pool, spa and gym; pool, snooker, table tennis and indoor bowls; library and cinema; dancing area and piano; dining area and bar; lounge with gas fire and kitchenette; professional kitchen and two function rooms and a hair and beauty salon.
The villas currently under construction comprise two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with ensuite, separate bathroom, sunroom and attached garage. Some also include a small office.

Daniel says recently implementing Rave Build construction management software for scheduling has helped to keep the large project on track When Anderson Homes BOP undertakes residential build projects the software allows customers to have their own login to view photos and progress milestones keeping them up to date with the build of their new home.
Anderson Homes BOP was founded in 2015 by Daniel, a licensed building practitioner and member of NZ Certified Builders, who offers over 14 years building experience including five years commercial in Wellington and nine years residential in Tauranga.
He says that Anderson Homes BOP has been founded on quality workmanship and strong project management. Daniel is hands on and manages all projects from big to small and ensures everything is up to the high standards he demands.
He says that he has a great team, which includes three apprentices, labourers, and licensed qualified subcontractors who are specialists in their own trades.
This allows Anderson Homes BOP to take on a wide variety of projects including new homes, renovations, alterations, additions, concrete flooring systems, new bathrooms, reclads, retaining walls, decks and fences.
Daniel has recently purchased a dingo, bobcat and tip truck to enable his team to taken on more of the landscaping and earthworks themselves. With the Copper Crest project due to finish in March Daniel is now open to taking on other projects.
