Aayaan carves out a niche in South Auckland
Auckland company Aayaan Developments has carved out a niche offering larger homes to the market that can also cater to multi-generational families who want to live together.
The company specialises in ﬁve bedroom homes in South Auckland and most are based on a successful two storey design with brick and weatherboard cladding, which company salesperson Michael Chu says appeals to a wide market.
As one bedroom and one bathroom is typically located downstairs the designs have been popular with multi generational families, he says. A good example of what the company offers can be seen in a recently released offering at 67 Kimpton Road.
The four home development is comprised of ﬁve- bedroom, three-bathroom homes of 169-175 square metres on compact easy care sites.
The homes are situated in central Papatoetoe and are close to public transport, local amenities and motorways heading north and south and are only a minutes’ drive to Manukau and Highbrook CBD.
The homes have LED light ﬁttings, aluminium double glazed windows and insulation.
Aayaan Developments has also just released a similar development at 7 Waiari Road in Conifer Grove and will release an eight home development at Marr Road in Homai, Manurewa in June.

Michael says that one thing that sets Aayaan Developments apart is a real focus on quality.
The company aims its products at the mid to upper end of the residential property market using quality appliances and ﬁnishes such as granite bench tops and fully tiled bathrooms.
Aayaan Developments was started in 2013 by real estate professional Ricky Ali who has lived in Auckland for over 30 years and so knows the market well.
It is the combination of Ricky’s real estate knowledge and expertise in property development that had made Aayaan Developments such a success, says Michael, who stresses that the company’s aim is to deliver dream homes to the market for clients who include home owners and investors.
